"Pretty good value overall"
I ordered a couple of things from Nordikbydesign and, yeah, overall I’m happy with it. The prices seemed fair for the quality — not exactly super cheap, but still worth it in my opinion. Shipping was okay, I guess it took a little longer than I was hoping, but nothing too bad. The items looked like the photos and feel solid enough. I’d probably give it 5 stars if delivery had been a bit quicker.

I ordered it on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday, which caught me off guard a bit. I didn’t really expect it to arrive that fast, but there were no issues or hassle. So yeah, I’m happy with the delivery, even if I’m still a little surprised it went that smoothly.

"Felt a bit pressured, but the refund was easy"
I had to return my order and felt a bit pressured because I wasn’t sure how straightforward it would be. I was worried it might turn into a whole back-and-forth, but they replied really quickly and the refund came through faster than I expected. In the end, it was a easy process with no real hassle.

"Literally such good help after my order"
One of the chair legs had a small issue after delivery, so I emailed them and literally got a reply the same day. They sent the replacement part out really quickly with no hassle at all. Super happy with how they handled everything.

The order arrived without any issues, and I do like the way it looks. The design is nice and pretty much what I was hoping for. That said, after just a few weeks, the material is already starting to feel a little worn. It’s not awful or unusable, but I expected it to be a bit tougher and hold up better over time

The order turned out okay in the end, so no major issue there, but the communication was kind of frustrating. They did reply, but the replies were short, and I kept feeling like I wasn’t really getting a clear answer. I had to ask twice about the delivery details, which was annoying because I just wanted a simple update. The updates could’ve been clearer, the replies could’ve been clearer, and overall the communication just wasn’t as helpful as I expected.

They had a decent amount in stock, though a few things I needed were sold out. Overall it was okay, but I’m not completely sure how reliable the selection or quality is from visit to visit

I still remember opening the package feeling kind of excited, because the listing made it look so nice. But as soon as I saw it, my heart just sank a little. It looked nothing like the photos or description, and it was disappointing...

"Tracking was clear, even though I was nervous after paying"
I ordered a small table lamp, right after I paid I got a little suspicious like, “Alright, let’s see if this actually shows up.” But the tracking link came through once it shipped, and the updates were really easy to follow the whole time.

It showed each step clearly, and the delivery arrived on the day it said it would. I didn’t have to chase anyone or wonder where it was, so that definitely helped me feel better about the order

"Assembly was doable, but nobody seemed to own the instructions"
Putting it together was okay in the end, but it definitely took me longer than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and it felt like no one really took ownership of making the assembly process easy to follow. I figured it out eventually, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be
